Doris Jenkins Palazzini

She was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Palazzini Jr., her sister Nell Jones, daughter Barbara Muskelley, daughter Phyllis Cotherman, grandson Scott Creason, great niece Shannon Christy and great grandson Joel Beloate.

She is survived by daughters; Scottie Miller (Tommy Miller) Betty Creason (Barry Creason) and Rita Hayes (Andrew Hayes). She was Grand Doris to Kim Muskelly Christy (Lee Christy), Rob Muskelley (Linda), Lynn Wyman (Johnie), David Creason, Adam Beloate, Mellisa Jones (J.D.), Monika Barnes (Robby), Paul Hayes and Scott Hayes. She leaves 13 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. A special Thank You to Doris' caregivers, Laura Nemath and Diane Christmas and also the staff of Amedisys Home Care.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Aldersgate Methodist Church 4459 Willow Rd. Memphis, TN 38117 or Cherry Road Baptist Church 1421 Cherry Rd. Memphis TN 38117. A gathering and reception for family and friends will be held from 1-2 pm on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Ave. with the funeral service to begin at 2 pm. Burial to follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Collierville, TN.
