Olive Branch - Earl Thomas "Tom" Clifton, 75, of Olive Branch, MS, died July 23, 2012 at his home. He attended Southaven Church of Christ and was an avid golfer. Mr. Clifton, a retired electrician, was a 55 year member of the I.B.E.W. Union. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Vietta Karene "Kay" Clifton; his son, Perry A. Clifton (Sheila) of Benton, AR; three grandchildren, Justin, Jessica and Jared and 4 great-grandchildren and his sister, Margaret Knight of Conyer, GA. He was preceded in death by a son, Jerry A. Clifton and his parents, Robert and Rita Clifton. Services will be 3 p.m. Thursday, July 26, at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, Poplar Avenue.
