Edward “Eddie” Holmes, 69, passed away Monday, July 11, 2016. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. He also loved riding his motorcycles and will be dearly missed. Eddie was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Eugene and Anne Earline Holmes. He is survived by one daughter, Ashley King Rice and a host of friends. A Committal service will be held Wednesday, August 3 at 11:30 am at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on Forest-Hill-Irene Road. All memorials can be made to St. Jude Children’s’ Research Hospital.
