Frank was born on March 18, 1967, in Memphis, Tennessee, to the late Francis Samuel Millington, Sr. and Annie Millington. He spent his life in the Memphis area and was known for his thoughtful nature, curiosity, and deep appreciation for the world around him.
Frank had a love for nature and enjoyed spending time outdoors. He also had a passion for learning and exploration, often visiting museums and immersing himself in books. An avid reader, he especially enjoyed science fiction and murder mysteries. Frank was also a devoted fan of Star Trek, a series that reflected his fascination with imagination, discovery, and the possibilities of the universe.
He is survived by his children, Rachel Millington and Bryan Millington; and his grandchildren, Emory Millington and Caitlyn Millington.
Frank will be remembered for his quiet curiosity, his love of stories and adventure, and the time he cherished with his family.
Visitation will be held at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Ave, Memphis, TN 38122, US, on March 16, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, followed by a Memorial Service at the same location from 1:00 pm to 1:40 pm. A Committal Service will take place at Elmwood Cemetery, 824 S Dudley St, Memphis, TN 38104, US, on March 16, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
