George was born August 22, 1949, in Memphis to John P. Williams and Annie Mae Williams. George retired after a successful career as a diesel mechanic from Allied Systems.
In 1967, George married his junior high sweetheart, Sharon Lynn (McLain) Williams. For over 53 years they shared a special love. Together they had two children, George, Jr.; and Christopher (deceased).
George is preceded in death by his parents; his brother, John; his son Chris. He is survived by his wife, Lynn; son George(Shelley); two granddaughters, Rebekah and Raegan; and two nephews, John Allen Williams, and Tony Williams; several sister in laws, a brother in law; and many other nieces and nephews.
