Jack Sing Chang Fong, 86, of Memphis, died June 30, 2013. He was former owner of Jack's Bargain Market in Memphis and a member of the Mid South Chinese Association. He is survived by his wife, Young Wai Sit Fong; his children, Jack Fong, Jr. (Yuwaluk) of Germantown, TN, Kam Lock (Wallace) of Hughes, AR and Leland Fong (Wan Hua) of Collierville, TN; nine grandchildren, one older sister in Hong Kong and one younger sister in China. He was preceded in death by his younger brother, Jiang Sing Fong and his mother, Zhao Yaoquin. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 6, 10 a.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, Poplar Avenue, with burial to follow in Memorial Park Southwoods Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
