Jerrie was preceded in death by her parents, Lew Wallace and Esther Henley.
She was also preceded by sisters, Louise Jeffrey, Flora Horine, Josephine Taylor, and Olga Jane Henley.
She is survived by her children, Diann Dodd Belote (Michael) of Collierville, TN., Sandra Dodd Vollmer (David) Oakland, TN., Glenn Dodd (Marianne) Collierville, TN. and Kelly Dodd Crawford (Chip) Rossville, TN. Grandchildren, Jessica Belote, Erin Belote Meredith (Jonathan), Jeffrey Vollmer (Kelly), A. J. Vollmer (Shannon), Jennifer Dodd, William Crawford, and Thomas Dodd, and five great-grandchildren.
She graduated from Messick High School, Memphis, Class of 1953, owned and operated J. H. Dodd & Company Bookkeeping Service for many years. She was a member of Germantown Baptist Church and
was a long-time resident of Germantown, TN, and more recently a resident of Collierville, TN, and Memphis Jewish Home and Rehab.
Jerrie Loved playing bridge and spending time with family.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 11 from 1:00-2:00pm with the graveside service to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. .
The family will have a reception at Memphis Funeral Home following the graveside service from 4:00-6:00pm.
The family wishes to Thank the Staff of the Memphis Jewish Home and Rehab for all they did in caring for Mrs. Jerrie.
