Joe Saliba Sr., 90, of Memphis, TN passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2013. Mr. Saliba was a retired builder and a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in W.W. II. He is survived by two daughters, Jolynn Voss (Peter) and Jonet Franklin (Mike); three sons, Joe Saliba Jr. (Valli), Ken Franklin and Steve Franklin (Beth); and will be greatly missed by his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mr. Saliba was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Saliba. Visitation will be held Thursday from 6 to 8 pm at Memphis Funeral Home on Poplar Avenue. Burial will be 12 pm Friday at Bassett Cemetery in Wilson AR. The family asks that any memorials be made to the American Alzheimer’s Association or American Cancer Society.
