Judy Ann (Russom) Garrison, age 72, after a long illness, went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 17, 2018 at her home in Eads, TN. Born in Selmer, TN, she was preceded in death by her parents, Olen and Lois Russom.
Judy, a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, was, initially, a stay at home mom, then a receptionist (retired from Morgan Stanley) and always a house mom for so many of her children's friends and the center of laughter at any local car, church, or social event.
She leaves her devoted husband of 55 years, Larry, a son, Greg (Vicki) Garrison (Olive Branch, MS), and a daughter, Regina (Kevin) Thompson (Naperville, IL). In addition, Judy leaves four grandchildren, Geoffrey (Emily) Garrison, April Garrison, Ethan Thompson, and Emma Thompson, and a great-grandson on the way, Gatlin Garrison. She also leaves her brother, Dalton (Wilma) Russom, and her sister, Noma Shelton.
Her visitation will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Hickory Withe First Baptist Church from 1-2pm with services to follow at 2pm.
Memorials may be made to Hickory Withe First Baptist Church or a charity of the donor's choice.
