Judy Ann Richardson Lowery

Judy Ann Richardson Lowery, 78, of Bartlett, TN, entered into the presence of her Lord & Saviour on Saturday, January 18th, 2025. She joins in Heaven her parents, Floy T. & Mary Jo Richardson, her sisters Carol Sefers (Ronnie), Chery Riker & her brother-in-law William Riker. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children and grandchildren: Steven Floy Lowery (Mandy), Brandon Keith Lowery (Cara) and Melanie Jo Jarrell (Craig), Sara Jane Chandler (Greg), Tristan Blake Lowery, Colton Shaw Lowery, Zackary Mills, Maximus Alexander Lowery, Skylar Marie Tims (Mat), & Brylie Mae Lowery. She also leaves three great-grandchildren, Imogene, William and Maisie Chandler as well as many well-loved nieces and nephews.

Judy was born on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 1946 in New Albany, Mississippi, but most of her life from early childhood was lived in Memphis, TN. She married Bobby Earl Lowery August 6, 1965; they were married for 32 years. Her greatest joy in life was being a homemaker and mother, family and friends were the most important things in her life other than her faith. She loved her pets, music and movies, and loved to play piano. She was the pianist at Orchi Baptist Church for many years and that service brought her great joy. Always faithful in church and family service, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, January 27th, 2025. A visitation for Judy will be held beginning at 1:00 PM until the funeral service at 2:00 PM, at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Ave, Memphis, TN 38122. Graveside service will immediately follow at Memphis Memory Gardens, 6444 Raleigh Lagrange Rd, Memphis, TN 38134. Afterwards, there will be a gathering of family and friends at Judy's home.
