Mary Ann Johnson, age 65, of Memphis, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2022. She was born in Drew, MS on December 3, 1956. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilburn Johnson and Doretha Williams and her sister, Diane Ann Johnson.
Mary Ann attended school at H.M. Nailor and East Side High. She loved life and she always kept a positive outlook on life. She didn't let her disability keep her from enjoying her friends and family.
She leaves to cherish her memory her God daughter, LaToshia Banks; her sisters, Gossie Riley, Martha Price and Corine Thomas; her brothers, Henry Hart, LuAndrew (Christine) Williams, Malcolm Johnson, Karl Johnson and Samie Johnson; her aunts, Cora Washington, Ella Daniels and Susie Barnes; her uncles, Willie and Ross Taylor; numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 22, 2022, from 12 noon until to 1:00 PM with services to follow at The Truth Church, 2019 Ball Rd., Memphis, TN 38114. The interment will immediately follow at New Park Cemetery.
