MARY KAY PARRISH, 72, passed away Monday, August 3, 2015 in Memphis, TN. Mary Kay was retired from both the State of TN and Naval Reserve. She was also a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church and volunteered her time with many causes. She was preceded in death by her parents, John R. and Kathryn R. Parrish and one brother in law, Ken J. Monska. Her survivors include one brother, John R. Parrish Jr. (Joy); and three sisters, Sara Nosti (Dick), Joan Parrish McClarney (John), and Carolyn Parrish Monska. The family will receive friends at 10:30 am Thursday, August 13 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 277 S. Fourth St., Memphis, TN with Mass to begin at 12 pm. Burial will be in Tampa, FL at a later date. In lieu of flowers any memorials can be made to St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or charity of donor’s choice.
