

Michael F. Needham passed away July 1, 2012 at Trinity Baptist Hospice House after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born January 7, 1942 to Amos and Mary Needham in Kenton, TN who preceded him in death. Michael retired from Delta Airlines in January 1996 after 30 years of service in Memphis, Denver, and Atlanta stations. He is survived by his loving wife Valerie J. Needham. He leaves one brother, Melvin (Rona) and his daughters Sherri, Cindy, Heather, and Kay; one sister, Katie Needham and her daughters Barbara Beavers and Katherine Sherman; one son, Michael Hoover (Kathy); and two daughters, Diane Ellis (Chris), and Sandy Kuharsky. Michael is also survived by three grandsons, Ben Shuler, Michael Hoover, and Zach Shuler. He leaves the loves of his life; his two great granddaughters, Ella Grace Cornpropst and Cassidy Shuler. Michael loved to hunt in the great outdoors of Colorado. The family wishes to express a deep appreciation for West Clinic of Memphis, TN.
