Norma Jean Pittenger , age 84, of Collierville, Tennessee, passed away on April 17, 2026. She was born on May 7, 1941, in Nashville, Tennessee and attended Franklin County High School. She retired from Dunavant Enterprises and was an active member of Faith Presbyterian Church, Germantown, Tennessee. She was alog a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Wayne Pittenger and her son, Patrick Pittenger. She is survived by her daughter, Dawn Murray (Joe); Scott Pittenger (Suzanne); grandchildren, Elizabeth Stine (Bryan), Sarah Murray, Jessi Pittenger, and Eli Pittenger; and great-grandchildren, Harper Stine and Magnolia Stine, as well a numerous nieces and nephews. She was a phenomenal mother and grandmother and a great friend to all.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 22 from 9:00 AM until the funeral service at 11:00 AM, at Faith Presbyterian Church, 8816 Poplar Pike, Germantown, TN 38138. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
