Ora Mae Hogan

Ora Mae Mullins Hogan, 89, formerly of Memphis, died June 8, 2013 in Montgomery, AL. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, John Ray Hogan Sr., her parents, James Ora Mullins and Eula Mae Melton Mullins; and a son, John Ray Hogan Jr. She leaves a son, David A. Hogan and his wife, Kathy Hogan of Montgomery, AL; a daughter-in-law, Dottie Hogan of Middleton, TN; four grandchildren, Jacinda Allen of Saulsbury, TN, Tommy Hogan of Memphis, Stacy Massey of Durham, NC, and Kimberly Smith of Abilene, Texas; two great-grandchildren, Hollie Allen and Konner Allen, both of Saulsbury, TN; and three siblings, Vernell Wimberly of Port Lavaca, Texas, Jean Wilson of Deltona, FL, and Paul Mullins of Bartlett, TN. Visitation is planned from 1 to 2 p.m., Friday with services to follow at 2 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel, with burial in Memorial Park. The family requests that memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
