Patricia Jean McManus Huckaby, 89, of Riverview, FL., passed away peacefully at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo J. and Helen M. McManus, her brother, Munro J. McManus and her beloved dog Sam. Ms. Huckaby is survived by her daughters, Helen M. Old and Laura L. Craig (William Thomas), four grandchildren, Leo T. Old (Ashley), Jeffrey W. Old (Lindsey), Laura K. Esteb (Tony) and Brian T. Craig (Catherine) and eleven great-grandchildren. Ms. Huckaby was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and attended Stephens College in Missouri. She played the piano, loved music, reading, playing cards and games. Her favorite teams to watch were; Notre Dame football, Tampa Bay Rays and the Tampa Bay Lightning. She loved road trips. The family will receive friends and relatives on Friday, February 5 from 5-7 p.m., with a rosary at 7 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Ave. The funeral mass will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 4851 Park Ave. The burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
