Patricia Kitts

Patricia Lee (Stedman) Kitts, 80 of Memphis passed away at her home on May 2, 2015. Patricia was the daughter of Marie L. and Morgan D. Stedman and Lester and Olive Munsell. She graduated from Cathedral High School and served in the Unites States Navy. She served as Director of the Hospital Hospitality House and received many recognitions for her work with the Coalition for the Homeless. Patricia was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church Bartlett. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Edward J. Kitts, her son Andrew and granddaughter Adrianne. She is survived by her daughters, Julie Atkeison and Jennifer Kitts of Memphis and Martha Grammer (Brad) of Arlington, brothers David Munsell and Frank Munsell of Massachusetts, Bill Munsell of Oklahoma, her sister Sue Burt of New Hampshire, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 5 from 5-8 p.m. with a Rosary at 7 p.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church Bartlett. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 6 also at the Church. Burial will be in Memphis Memory Gardens.
