Patricia “Pat” A. Watkins

She graduated from Messick High School in 1957 and was a member of Berclair Baptist Church. A homemaker for many years, Mrs. Watkins previously worked as a procurement agent for the Defense Depot. She loved to serve people and now she's serving her Lord, Jesus Christ. She was a great wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend.

Mrs. Watkins was preceded in death by her parents, Fred Wells, Sr. and Fairy Wells, one brother, Fred Wells, Jr., and one sister, Janet Burcham. Survivors include her husband of over 60 years, Keith Watkins, her daughter, Sandra Ann Lomax, her son, William Keith Watkins (Debbie), five grandchildren, Michael Lomax, Anthony Watkins, Andrew Wakins, Addison Watkins, and Ashlynn Watkins, as well as six great-grandchildren, Charlie Lomax, Natalie Lomax, Casey Lomax, Kolby Watkins, Katherine Watkins, and Cooper Watkins.

The family will receive friends Thursday, February 27, 2020 from 1pm until service time at 2pm, all at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Ave. Memphis, TN 38119. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed by visiting www.memphisfuneralpoplar.com.
