Mr Skip sure is missed! Every time I see you guys around I always think of him being there with us like he always was. 

I loved that he was a family man, never minded calling it how he saw it, all the while respecting and caring for those of us around him. 

What I wouldn’t give for a 1 on 1, swimming pool basketball match-up like the last time we hung out. He was a competitive one!!!! (Like most Hathcock’s are.)

I’m sure I’ll see the Hathcock crew around soon! Keep your head up guys and keep on keeping on!

Can’t wait to see him again in Eternity!

Manesha, I have so many fond memories of Skip at KHS. I remember him talking about you so much in home room. It was obvious he was smitten. What a great guy!  Love and comfort to you and your family.

Manesha, It is with great sadness and a broken heart that I send this condolence to a very old friend. We remember fondly the "G" forces in your little car, teaching GB to ski on silicon snow pellets, "liability" conference session, "peas and hominy" (peace and harmony), Dustin and the Hawaiian bread and electric blanket, camping and all night fishing at Enid to mention first thoughts. I wish Skip was here to reminisce as well. Praying God's peace that passes all understanding. Hugs to you and your family.

He was an inspiration to everyone who had the good fortune to know him.
There are countless numbers who he influenced in every aspect of his life, as a husband, brother, father,

I new Skip from KHS (1970 Grad ) Later in 1986 I introduced my Son at 7 Yrs. old to Gaisman Park Gym and Skip.. For the next 2 yrs. It was " Can we go to Skip's Gym ". He touched a lot of Lives My Prayers are with Manesha and Family

Manesha & the Family: I too find the words hard to come by. I DO know that I speak for all of our classmates when I say that we all loved Skip.  He was a special kind of guy! I especially appreciate his, and your, support of our alumni events and efforts.  As I told him at the 2011 reunion - he was a blessed man to have you - he agreed.  I am sure you feel the same about him.  What a great and admirable couple to watch and learn from ever since High school!  God's blessings, strength and comfort on you and all the family as you navigate his loss. Your friends are so close and willing to help.

We were raised down the street from each other. He was a great friend and will be missed by all.

Manesha, I was so shocked and saddened to hear about Skip.  I know there are no right words, but I always thought how perfect you were together and how lucky to be such soul mates. So many never have that. My deepest sympathy to you and your family.

I was a Gaisman Park kid.  I took classes, played every sport and just hung out at the community center.  Skip was a great influence in all of our lives.  He was always laid back and never raised his voice to us.  He was obviously in the right place at the Park Commission.  RIP Skip.

Manesha so sad for this great loss.  Loved Skip and his vivacious spirit. Will always remember him in all his high school sports games. Love and prayers for you and the family .

Remembering his smile that was always bright for Manesha. Good memories of a man so full of life and living fully. Heartfelt sympathy.

We first met Skip at Gaisman Community Center when our sons were enrolled in gymnastics.  I watched and appreciated Skip's work with the kids, giving his time, and his patience. When you place your young children in a program with a mentor like Skip the rewards are always beneficial. Our thoughts and prayers to Skip's family.

So sorry to hear this news about Skip.  The Hathcock's lived round the corner from us growing up and it seemed we were always together playing ball in the neighborhood. Condolences to Manesha and their children and to David and Rusty. He was a great gentleman.
