Rebecca is preceded in death by her husband Arnette Chandler, parents Floyd and Barbara Tilmon, and Rebecca was a loving mother, grandmother aunt, & friend whom will be truly missed.

A committal service will occur Monday, November 20, 2023 from 2:00 PM at Memphis Memory Gardens, 6444 Raleigh Lagrange Rd, Memphis, TN 38134.
