Rebecca graduated from Treadwell High School and studied at Memphis State University. Dr. Doss was a very talented chiropractor and a longtime, faithful and loyal servant of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses on Tutwiler Avenue. Professionally driven with a passion for her work and an independent spirit, Dr. Doss never married but was still very much a people person. She loved her patients, her church, and her friends, and she was beloved by them!
In addition to her work in the Healing Arts, as she called it, Dr. Doss was a private pilot and loved flying. An avid golfer, she often played rounds at Galloway Golf Course and Memphis Country Club. She also had a great appreciation for good music and herself enjoyed playing the accordion.
Dr. Doss is survived by sister Loretta Reeves. She was preceded in death by father, Vester Doss and mother, Dorothe Sowell Doss.
