Faye Maxey Holt, 90, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2011, at Belmont village of Memphis. She was a longtime member of Underwood United Methodist Church and Order of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her husband, Durelle Bailey Holt. The date of her passing was their wedding anniversary. They were married on October 15, 1939. She is survived by her son, William D. Holt (Ila), Germantown; granddaughter, Paige Carruth (Paul), Germantown; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 1pm – 2pm, Thursday, October 20 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens on Poplar Avenue. Graveside services and interment will follow at Campground United Methodist Church Cemetery in Walnut, MS beginning at 3:30PM.
