Sadie Louise Smith Cobb, of Memphis, homemaker and member of Germantown Baptist Church, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2015, at the age of 95. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years Tom N. Cobb. Sadie leaves her son Thomas Cobb of Memphis, TN and his children Barbara Cobb of Memphis, TN and Sam Cobb (Jenny) of Austin, TX and their son Gideon ; and a daughter Delores Cobb and two granddogs Gracie and Ginger. There will be a gathering of family and friends from seven o’clock until nine o’ clock, on Wednesday evening September 30, 2015, at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38119. A graveside service will be held at ten o’clock on Thursday morning, October 1, 2015, at Memphis Memory Gardens 6444 Raleigh Lagrange Rd, Memphis, TN 38134. In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to Alzheimer’s Research.
