Sandy Hill Steele, age 72 of Ft. Worth passed away Monday July 8, 2013. She was born November 29, 1941 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late James William Hill, and Burney Lyons Hill. Her ex-husband, Joseph Lee Steele, was the former Dean of Business at TCU. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Billy Hill. Survivors include her brother, James Burney Hill of Memphis; two nephews, Christopher Hill of Fayetteville, Arkansas and James Justin Hill of Washington D.C.; one niece, Allison Hill Howell of Fayetteville, Arkansas. There will be a private burial in Memphis at a later date.
