She is now reunited in Heaven with her beloved David who passed away in 2020; her father, Ronald Lee Young; step-father, Donald M. Keith; her father and mother in law, Mr. & Mrs. James (J.P.) Powell.
She is survived by her two daughters, Haylee Powell Davis (Andrew) and Emilie Rose Powell — the great joys of her life; her mother, Barbara McCall Keith, her sister, Cyndi Cox Strong (Robert) and their four children, Andy (Ariel), Jacob (Melanie), Alex (Addie Grace), Anna Strong; step brothers, Shawn Keith (Elizabeth), Glenn Keith (Heather); step sisters, Kristine Keith, Shari and Barbie DeGroff; brother-law, Mike Powell (Karen). Stacy was an active member of Emmanuel United Methodist church for over 25 years. She loved being part of the children and youth programs and served in many ways including VBS, Florida youth trips, youth choir tours and auctions. She also loved growing her faith with Bible studies and Sunday School.
Her service continued as a Preschool teacher for the EUMC Kindergarten. Her beautiful smile and quiet spirit brought joy to students, parents and staff. Those attributes were admired by many, particularly as she went through her cancer journey. She faced this as she had faced everything: without fear, with God, and with the confidence that she was held in His plan.
