

Steve was the oldest of three children, born to Andy and Esther Warren in Memphis, Tennessee. He was a much loved big brother to Charlotte Warren Borden and Tina Warren Joyner. Without seeking recognition, Steve was dedicated to the care and well being of his family, standing in many times as a protector, provider and compassionate son and brother as well as uncle to his nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Brandon, Adam and Ryan.
Steve was raised in the Memphis area, graduated from Germantown High School and attended Mid- America Nazarene University in Kansas City before returning to make his home in Memphis.
Steve joined his father as a partner in the family businesses which included Tire Sales and Real Estate, followed by career as a successful Glacier in the Glass Industry.
Steve was an outdoorsman who loved camping, playing horse shoes, canoeing, grilling and spending time with his friends at Spring River. He also enjoyed shooting pool as a member of the Professional Pool Association. He was an avid Nascar fan and was a regular spectator at the Talladega Super Speedway.
Steve was involved in Trinity Church as a member of the Men of Action. He used his compassion, skills and love for serving others in both big and small ways, always stepping in to fill a need or provide support for his church family and neighbors.
Charlotte and Tina remember Steve as a brother not only to them but to his friends and those around him. His genuine spirit and generosity was evident to those who knew him for any length of time. His love and dedication to his mother through out her life and his will never be forgotten nor will his steadfast love for Christ and others.
A memorial service will be held Saturday May 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee 38122. Inurnment will follow at Memphis Memory Gardens, 6444 Raleigh Lagrange Road, Memphis.
