SUSAN DENISE BRITT-SISK, 53, of Memphis, passed peacefully at home with her family on Wednesday, September 3, 2014, after a lengthy illness. She was born in Vicksburg, MS on September 23, 1960 to Thomas Ray and Mary Lynn Britt. She honorably served her country in the U.S. Navy. Along with her mother, Susan is survived by her husband, Chris Sisk, sister, Sherry Hudson (Jim), and brother, Alan Britt. She was preceded in death by her father. Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday September 6 in Memorial Park Cemetery. Following the graveside service the family will receive friends with a reception at Memphis Funeral Home on Poplar.
