Theresa Gail Cox

She was born on January 13, 1953, in Memphis, Tennessee, to the late Charles and Lenora Galbreath. In addition to her parents, Theresa was preceded in death by her beloved son, Steve “Bubba” Biggers, and her brother, Gene Galbreath.

Theresa is survived by her loving daughter, Danna Roberson (Mindi Sorrentino); her grandchildren, Joseph Roberson (Christie); step-grandchildren, Joshton Sorrentino (Felicia Mach) and Skylar Sorrentino (Danni); and her great-grandchildren, Tessa Roberson, Evelyn Roberson, and Josie Roberson, with another great-grandchild on the way to Joseph and Christie. She is also survived by her step-great-grandchildren, Kaia Sorrentino and Yara Sorrentino, with another on the way to Skylar and Danni. Theresa also leaves behind her god-son, Robbie Lofgren; her god-grandson, Michael Robinson; and her niece, Abby Galbreath.

Theresa adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren beyond measure. She had a heart of gold and was known as an amazing woman who would bend over backwards to help anyone in need. Loving, caring, and selfless, she touched countless lives throughout her lifetime and lovingly cared for hundreds of children over the years, leaving a lasting impact on so many families. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Family will receive friends from 9:30 am to 10:30 am on Friday, February 13 at St. Anne Catholic Church 706 S Highland, Memphis, TN. A funeral mass will follow at 10:30 am. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery 1663 Elvis Presley Blvd, Memphis, TN.
