Violet Theresa Harvey

Sister Theresa took her vows as a consecrated widow on Nov. 12,2006 as directed by the Sacred Congregation for Religions Life. She lived the life of a religious sister according to the Carmelite Rule of St. Albert of Jerusalem following the death of her husband in 1998. She transferred her vows as a Consecrated Widow in April of 2009 to the Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity. Her professed name was Sister Mary Clair Bernadette of the Holy Face of Jesus.

She was preceded in death by her husband Harry Harvey Jr and a son Thomas Christopher Harvey. She is survived by four of her children, Theresa and Joe Moon, Harry and Cathi Harvey, Paul and Debra Harvey and Amy Harvey Jansen, ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with the Rosary immediately following visitation.

The funeral will be on Wednesday August 23, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. William Church at 4932 Easley St. in Millington, TN with internment at All Saints Cemetery located at 7500 E. Holmes Rd. in Memphis, TN.
