Wesley R. Myers, age 92, went to be with his Lord on January 18, 2019. He is survived by his wife Catherine Myers. They had been married for 68 years. He is also survived by his two children; Brad of St. Louis MO, and Katie of Senatobia, MS.
Wes was known and loved by many at Bellevue Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon and a Sunday School teacher for many years. At Faith Baptist Church, Wes was a faithful member of the Saba Connection Class. He was known for his love for Jesus, his friendly personality and his sense of humor. He loved people and was loved by all who were blessed to know him. He will be greatly missed.
Wes Celebration of Life will be Thursday, January 24, 2019 at Family Funeral Care Funeral Home located at 4925 Summer Avenue, Memphis, TN 38122. Services will begin at 10AM with burial to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Water Valley MS.
