William "Bill" Nelson, 82, of Memphis, died December 13, 2013. He retired from Hanson Graphics and was a member of Church of the Holy Spirit and a Korean War Army veteran. Mr. Nelson is survived by his wife, Betty Brown Nelson; his children, Mary Beth McNeal (R. E.), Cindy Granger (Bill), Bill Nelson, Jr., Kathy Carter, Harold Nelson (Suzette), and Dave Nelson (Janice). He was preceded in death by his son, Joe Nelson, who leaves his wife, Paula Nelson. He also leaves his sisters, Doris DeSantis, Alice Thornton and Rose Marie Brown Tolley and 20 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Monday, December 16, from 9:30 a.m. until the Mass at 11 a.m., all at Church of the Holy Spirit. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital .
