An Exceptional Man, A Life Well Lived
Born in Flint, Michigan
A man of honesty, hard work, and responsibility.
George was the kind of person who gave freely—his time, his kindness, even the shirt off his back. Humble and respectful, he carried himself with quiet dignity and strength. In his younger years, he enjoyed the great outdoors—fishing, camping, and cherishing time with family. He had a love for science fiction, particularly Star Trek, and was a passionate fan of the Detroit Lions. In his final years, he hoped to witness their Super Bowl victory—though they came close, he didn’t get that chance.
But George’s greatest joy was found in love—especially the love he shared with his wife, Gloria. She was the love of his life. Together, they traveled, laughed, and built a life full of beautiful memories. He found purpose in her happiness and made it his passion to love her with his whole heart. “I love you from here to eternity,” he would often say—and he meant every word.
Even in illness, his thoughts were not for himself. He prayed to God, not for his own healing, but for Gloria’s protection. That was the kind of man he was—selfless, faithful, and deeply loving.
George was a wonderful man—an exceptional soul. A devoted husband, a loving family member, a great homemaker, and a person whose presence made the world better. His love, kindness, and strength live on in every memory, every heart he touched.
Forever loved. Forever remembered.
