Patsy is survived by her child Andrew "Andy Williams (Michelle), her child Howard "Randy" Williams (Julie), her child Alisa Williams (Kevin), her grandchild Steven Williams, her grandchild Taylor Williams (Sereina), her grandchild Christina Prado (Marcos Sr.), her grandchild Carly Williams, her grandchild Anna Prado, her grandchild Ashley Hitt (Zyaire), her grandchild Cassidy Williams, her grandchild Aaron Brown, her grandchild Dairen Brown, her great grandchild Kaia Williams and her great grandchild Marcos Soto Jr..

Patsy was preceded in death by her spouse Ray Williams Sr.; her child Ray "Eddie"Williams Jr., and her great grandchild Lucas Williams.

A visitation for Patsy will be held Friday, October 6, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at The Grove Community Church, 19900 Grove Community Church Drive, Riverside, CA 92508. A funeral service will occur Friday, October 6, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, 19900 Grove Community Drive, Riverside, CA 92508. A committal service will occur Friday, October 6, 2023 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA 92518.

Serving as pallbearers are Steven Williams, Taylor Williams, Aaron Brown , Dairen Brown, Marcos Soto Sr. and Zyaire McLucas .
