Paul Richard Richter

Paul Richard Richter, age 87, of Winchester, California passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022. Paul was born Thursday, July 4, 1935 in Memphis, Tennessee. Paul was the son of William Richter and Marie Franz of Missouri. Paul was a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force where he honorable served 10 years. After serving in the military, he then went onto the next 25 years at Eastern Municipal Water District where he then retired.

Paul is survived by his wife, Loretta Bryant Hough Richter, of Winchester, California; Daughter, Deborah Richter, of Moreno Valley, California; Son, Jeff Richter and wife Sharon Richter, Belen, New Mexico; Step Children, Linda Dorsey, of Hemet, California, Monda Morris, of Hemet, California, Scott Walker, of Winchester, California; Sister, Marie Richter Peters; Brother, H. James Richter and wife Jenna Richter; Best Friend, Tom Wheat; and many nieces and nephews along with many close friends.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, William Richter and Marie Franz, Brother, William Richter, Sister, Anne Richter Barnett, and Loretta Jeanne Richter, all of Missouri; and Grandson, Paul Arnel, of Moreno Valley, California.

A graveside service for Paul will be held Friday, October 14, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92518.
