Rocco worked in the trucking industry for 15 years and retired. He lived at The Lakes at Hemet West and was involved with shuffleboard, playing cards and working puzzles. He will be missed by the many friends he made at Hemet West.
Rocco was preceded in death by his wife Rosemary Calderone of 54 years of marriage and his parents Nicholas and Catherine Piccinonno. Rocco is survived by his son Steven (Jane) Piccinonno of Hemet, California, his sister Mary Jeske of Thousand Oaks, California and his nephew Sam (Fran) Calderone of Hemet, California. Grandchildren: Tiffany Lafayette of Crestview, Florida and Brandon Piccinonno of LaPine, Oregon. Great-grandchildren: Evan and Tristan Lafayette and Bradley Piccinonno.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, August 2, 2023, from 11:00 A.M. at Miller Jones Menifee, Memorial Park and Mortuary, 26770 Murrieta Road, Menifee, California 92585.
There will be a "Celebration of Life" held at Hemet West later.
