Gertrude H Hackl

Gertrude “Pennie” born in Milwaukee in 1927 to Elmer and Selda Loebel, called home January 17, 2012. Survived by husband, Robert Hackl, daughters Susan (Roger) Bosman and Nancy (Michael) Loth. Loving nana and grandma to Ryan, Shawn, Kristen, Katherine, Michelle and Robert. Great-nana to Stella. Further survived by nephews Alan (Liz) Loebel, Michael (Jill) Loebel and Mark Loebel, and Niece Judy (the late Gary) Zeller. Great aunt to Kathy, Karen, Becky, Gary, Sandy, Kristin and Jeffrey. Gertrude’s greatest joy in life was simply being together with her husband and her family. Special best friend of Shelby Bosman, Judy Henning and Connie Loomis. Gertrude is a retiree of Milwaukee County. Heartfelt thanks to all the ComforCare caregivers for their devoted and loving care, especially Debra, Jeff and Sabina. Pennie’s finial words were “I love you all”

A Visitation will be held Saturday January 21, 2012 at St. Anthony Catholic Church ( N74 W13604 Appleton Ave, Menomonee Falls) at 10AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM. Interment to follow at St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
