Peter L. Van Ert, Born to Eternal Life August 23, 2012 age 65 years. Loving father of Eric (Amanda) and Melanie Van Ert. Dear grandfather of Evelyn and Nathan. Beloved brother of Gary (Flora), Sandy (Tom Box) O'Donnell, Sheila (Jim) Klopp, Patrick, Michael (Pam), Perry (Kym), Shelly (Carl) Holzbauer, Sheryl (Bob) Treder, Tyler (RaeAnn), Susie (Leo) LaCroix, Scott (Cindy), Stephanie "Taffy" (Michael Stuver) Burgett. Preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Joyce Van Ert, and his infant sister, Mary Therese. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Army veteran of the Vietnam War and a recipient of two Purple Hearts.

Visitation Tuesday, August 28th 10 am to 12 noon at the Funeral Home followed by a Funeral Service at 12 noon. Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
