Brody was the most courageous person I knew, he fought gallantly through out his life.  We will truly miss his loving and caring personality.  My heart goes out to his family.  May God comfort all of you and welcome Brody with open arms.  

We are so sad to hear of Brody’s passing - he was such a ray of sunshine, always keeping up with his friends in elementary school even if he was in a wheelchair chair due to a surgery!

I remember in middle school we would sit at the same table everyday for lunch. We only hungout one time after middle school and we always said we would again but I took time for granted..

Ferguson family,
My family sends all our love to you. No words can say help what your going through but he fought the fight...he never gave up.  I remember many memories from St. Pauls School and he was a joy to be around.

Dear Ferguson and Goodwin families,
It is with a heavy heart I wrote this note:
I was a teacher in the high school district,  my two youngest kids went to El Capitan and did aquatics; that is how I met Brody.

What a humble & cheerful young man: Brody was grateful to be part of the aquatics program and always happy.  He was not loud and boisterous, he simply exuded a calm positive outlook that was contagious. Brody did not have  self-pity, he was so grateful to be part of a group that was attempting to accomplish a goal. 

What a blessing. 

I am a better person for meeting Brody.
Thank you for sharing him with our family and the Gauchos

Brody was the strongest man I have ever known. I strived everyday to be a better person because of how genuine he was to me and to many others. He was my hero, because no matter how many times he fell he always found a way to get up. His kindness and strength is what made him my hero. I can’t imagine what his family are going through at this time but I will be praying over them as they go through it. Brody and I did swimming, water polo, and wrestling together. He was always without a doubt the hardest worker I have ever met. Every time he jumped into the pool or went onto the mat, He gave everything he possibly had and that gave me and many other people inspiration to be better. He will always be my hero and I was very fortunate to call him a friend. Thank you Mr.Ferguson and Mrs.Goodwin for blessing me and this world  with such an amazing and kind soul that I could call a friend.
