Wayne Fuller was born on November 10, 1937 in Madera, CA. He passed away peacefully on August 15, 2011 with his family at his side.
Wayne was a truck driver for Foster Farms for 35yrs. He was a pitcher for the Fast Pitch Softball Team, Merced Monarchs, who went to the World Championships in Florida in 1963. He was an avid bowler. He enjoyed playing guitar and was a member of the country band, “The Partners”.
He loved most of all, spending time with his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 47yrs, Frances Fuller; his father and mother, Noble and Marie Fuller; his three sisters, Dorothy Presley, Betty Thompson and Gloria Richards; and a nephew, Daniel Thompson. He is survived by his daughter, Shelly Correia and her husband, Greg Morino; his son, Keith Fuller and his wife, Connie; four grandchildren, Ronnie Correia, Vanessa Fuller, Christina Fuller, Lindsay Correia and her fiancé, Jeremy Fagan; two great-grandchildren, Ashlynn Means and Jasmine Fagan.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 22, 2011 at 10:00a.m. at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home.
