Dayveonna loved Tinker Bell. She loved to dance and ride her bike with her brother Dayshawn. Dayveonna loved and enjoyed playing with her siblings and her cousins and being around her family. She also loved to eat. Dayveonna is survived by her mother Shawan Bradford and father Rudy Polk as well as her brothers Dayshawn Polk, Damaruis Polk and Rmayleon Polk and sister Dominique Polk.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents Lavone Todd and Clyde Bradford as well as her aunt Tonia Burns. A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home located at 1490 B Street Merced, California. The funeral service will be held on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home with interment following at Evergreen Memorial Park located at 1480 B Street Merced, California.
