Delia attended Merced schools and graduated from Merced High School. Delia was a resident of Fresno, California for many years and worked as a teacher’s aide for the Fresno School District. She previously worked as a Hair dresser, and customer service representative at Macys.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Rose V. Cordero; and brothers, Ernie Cordero and Frank J. Verduzco Sr.
She is survived by her brother, Robert Cordero of Merced and several nieces and nephews.
The Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Merced, CA. Burial will follow at Merced District Cemetery.
