Frances met the love of her life, Cecil Rose, after being introduced by her sister at a social gathering. They fell in love and were married on June 5th, 1964. The two of them enjoyed camping together, they’ve camped in Arizona, Oregon, Nevada and many other places. They spent a lot of time crabbing, canning, traveling in the RV with lifelong friends, Bill and Lucille Hiller and for fun going to the casinos to test out their luck. They enjoyed 42 years happily married until Cecil’s passing in 2006.
