His siblings, Brisies, Amorie, and Jesiah Gutierrez, knew him as a proud and steadfast brother, while his wider family held him in high regard as a valued brother-in-law. His presence was a source of immeasurable strength, comfort, and unconditional love, radiating warmth to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

At the courageous age of 17, Gabriel embarked on a distinguished career, answering the solemn call to serve his nation in the United States Marine Corps. His time in service was defined by unparalleled dedication, unwavering discipline, and an intrinsic bravery that earned him the deep respect and admiration of his fellow Marines and commanding officers alike.
