Born in Merced, California, on December 16th, 2008, to Kevin and Lydia Reynolds, Jacksynn faced a rare genetic disorder that made life profoundly challenging. Yet, where there was physical struggle, there was an even greater, boundless inner light. Though she could not walk, talk, or care for herself, she remained the sweetest child, gifting everyone she met with her infectious smile and an unwavering sense of joy and hope. She didn't need words to communicate her fierce love or her determination; her strength was in the unconditional kindness she radiated daily. To meet Jacksynn was to be instantly touched by a grace and resilience that humbled and inspired.
Jacksynn’s world was filled with things she loved: her devoted family, her beloved animals, the magic of Disney princesses, and all types of music. She was a profound teacher of unconditional love and a shining example of strength.
Jacksynn is now dancing with the angels in heaven. She will be forever missed by her parents, Kevin and Lydia Reynolds; her sister, Taylor (Gabriel) Reynolds-Zamora, and brother, Anthony (Janessa) Reynolds; her niece, Vivienne Zamora; and her loving grandparents, Laura Reynolds, Polly (Kevin) Morishige, Ronald (Kay) Rouse and Marilyn Rand-Fisher. She also leaves behind her devoted aunts and uncles, Sarah (Brad) Buckingham, Jessica (Troy) Ewing, and Curtis (Amanda) Rouse, and cousins Faith, Emily, Easton, Avery, and Camden, along with many cherished extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death and welcomed into heaven by many loved ones, including Papa Tim, Great Grammma Rouse, Great Grampa Rouse, Great Grandma Kay, Great Grandpa Chuck, Great Grandma Nancy, Great Grandpa Jim, and friend Taylor Kertz.
We take comfort knowing she is wrapped in their love until we meet again. Keep smiling, baby girl.
A Celebration of Life for Jacksynn will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home, 1490 B Street, Merced, California.
