Rafaela Chavez Baroma

Rafaela "Feling" Chavez Baroma passed away at the dawn of July 10, 2011 in Modesto, CA at the age of 76. She was married to Roman Barja Baroma and had five children namely: Marilou, Romeo, Rey, Roy, and Maureen.

Rafaela was born on February 4, 1935 in a peaceful island province of Catanduanes, Philippines. She enjoyed her chosen career for 32 years as a school teacher. After her retirement she came to the United States of America to join her mother and siblings.

Rafaela enjoyed her stay here in United States and was so blessed with the presence and love of her family and friends. Few months ago, she visited the Philippines for the last time to celebrate the Holy Week.

After enjoying long years of teaching and giving all her best to her family and others, she is now finally resting in peace with the Lord.
