We think back on our memories not in sorrow alone, But to celebrate the beautiful life of Santiago. A man whose laughter filled every room, Whose stories made strangers feel like family. Santiago was the kind of man You noticed the moment he arrived. Outgoing, warm, and full of humor, He had a way of lifting hearts without even trying.
He worked hard—construction hard— The kind of work that leaves your hands tired But your spirit proud. Through every long day, he carried dedication For the people he loved most. His faith guided every step he took. A God-fearing evangelist who never sought recognition only the opportunity to serve. He shared hope, kindness, and truth Wherever life placed him, always humble and relentless for his chase to Jesus Christ.
To his children, he was more than a father— He was a teacher, protector, and example Of what love, a true man of God and commitment look like. To his wife, he was a devoted husband, A partner through every season of life, Standing handheld tight to hers with loyalty and love. To his brothers and sisters, Santiago was a loving and encouraging brother— Always ready with a listening ear, A word of wisdom, or a joke to lighten the moment. He was the kind of brother who stood beside you, lifting you up and reminding you that you were never alone. And to his grandchildren— He was Pop-Pop the storyteller, the encourager, the best friend who told the greatest Bible stories the one who made every moment brighter. The kind of pop-pop who was never too busy For a hug, a laugh, or a little adventure.
Santiago’s life reminds us that the greatest legacy is not wealth or titles, But the love we leave in the hearts of others. His laughter echoes in our memories, His faith lives on in the lives he touched, And his love continues through his family. So now we celebrate him— A man who worked hard, loved deeply, Shared his faith boldly, And lived a life full of purpose.
Though we will miss his voice and his laughter, we find comfort knowing that the same faithful servant who served God on earth is now continuing to serve in His presence. The light of Santiago will never fade. Because a life lived with this much love Never truly leaves us.
