A funeral service for Soua will be held Saturday, February 1, 2025 from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM at Merced County Fair, 900 Martin Luther King Jr Way, Merced, CA 95341. An interment will occur Monday, February 3, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Winton Cemetery District, 7651 Almond Ave, Winton, CA 95388.
