Thomas Joshua Hayes

Born five weeks premature, with a chromosomal abnormality, Thomas was transferred to Valley Children’s Hospital Central California. One week after his birth and in the best interest for their little man, Claire and Brian made the hardest decision in their lives and let him go. Friends and family gathered to say goodbye to Thomas, which was a remarkable show of love and support for Thomas and his parents.

Thomas Joshua Hayes passed peacefully in the arms of his parents on June 25th, 2013.

A beautiful baby boy who touched so many lives in such a brief time, Thomas blessed this world for seven wonderful days. His memory will forever be cherished. His love and memory is constant within our hearts.

Thomas was a precious sweet boy beloved to his parents, Claire Hill and Brian Hayes; momo, Kathleen O’Halloran; grandpa, Matt Hill; uncle, Jamison Hill; grandfather, Boyd Didrickson; grandparents Marvin and Carol Hayes; aunt Tasha and uncle Ken Knapp; and many great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins.

Thomas Joshua Hayes’ family will host a Celebration of Life service, held at 542 Sumner St, Santa Cruz, CA on Saturday, Aug. 3rd at 2pm.
