Christopher Grant Hatcher

Mr. Hatcher, 30, of Laurel, formerly of Meridian, passed away at South Central Medical Center in Laurel on Thursday, June 5. He was a welder at Commercial Construction. He was a beloved husband, father, son, brother and friend; a kind spirit and a good soul.

He is survived by his wife, Naomi Hatcher, daughter, Bella Reve Hatcher; son, Christopher Abel Hatcher; mother, Vickie Hatcher; brother, Darrell Chase Hatcher; aunts, Tammy Hurt Guthrie, Cynthia Hatcher Vandevender, and Jill Hatcher Moore.

Mr. Hatcher is also survived by his mother and father in law, Lela and Marvin Bass; sister in laws, Rachel Manning and husband Joey, Zelda Mora and husband Nesto; cousin, Brian Weir and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Darrell Hatcher, paternal grandparents, Julius and Eloise Hatcher and maternal grandparents, Norma and Ruel Hurt.

Pallbearers will be Michael Warren, White Mike Owens, Chase Hatcher, Joey Manning, Reuben Bass and Zatre Lenoir

Visitation will be Monday from 6pm to 8pm at Stephens Funeral Home.
