Richard E. Greenlee

Funeral services for Richard E. "Ricky" Greenlee, 53, are set for 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 6, 2011 at Stephens Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Buddy Petty officiating. Burial will be in the Frazier Grove Church of God cemetery.

Mr. Greenlee died on Monday, January 3, 2011 at the Anderson Regional Medical Center. He was born on Saturday, June 1, 1957 in Alexandria, VA to Mary Blanch (Boswell) and the late Hugh William "Bill" Greenlee. During his life he attended school at Southeast, was the chief engineer for Ergon/Magnolia Marine. On March 1, 1982 in Livingston, Alabama he was united in marriage to Regenna Kaye Bozeman, whom he loved very much, and enjoyed spending time with her and their children and especially their grandchildren. He was a member of Frazier Grove Church of God.

Along with his wife and mother, he is survived by two sons, William Travis Greenlee and his wife Heather and Richard Cody Greenlee; one daughter, Kristy Kaye Manasco and her husband Mark; five grandchildren, Mary Kate, Haley, Tyler, Aiden, and Greenly; one brother, Chucky Greenlee; two sisters, Lissa Eggleston all of Meridian and Sonya Williams of Texas; a special friend, his dog Gemini; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Purvis Shelton, Heath Hudler, Dewayne Massey, Claude "Skipper" Whitehead, Chris Rutledge and Richard Harold Reynolds will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 5th from 5:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. and from 11:00 A.M. till service time on Thursday at the funeral home.
